EARTH OBSERVATION SYSTEMS
The systems that observe our planet are complex. They are usually broken down into two very distinct parts, one that orbits, which we call satellite, and another that receives the information collected by the satellite and processes it. This non-satellite part of the system is called the Ground Segment.
